Man Charged With Sex Assault Gets Suspended Sentence

A Bridgeport restaurant manager accused of sexually assaulting a job applicant received a suspended sentence Wednesday.

BRIDGEPORT, CT — The manager of a pizzeria accused of sexually assaulting a job applicant was given a suspended sentence Wednesday, according to The Connecticut Post. Riza Sahin, 37, manager of Pizza Heaven, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree sexual assault and received a one-year suspended prison sentence and three years of probation.

Sahin was interviewing the 23-year-old victim in a small office when he reportedly grabbed her by the waist and stuck his hands down her pants.
