Man Dies After Crashing Into Webster Bank Arena: Report
The driver was apparently speeding before he crashed around 2 p.m. on Thanksgiving.

BRIDGEPORT, CT - A man died on Thanksgiving after he crashed his car into Webster Bank Arena in downtown Bridgeport, according to reports. The man was reportedly thrown from the car as it rolled over multiple times.
The crash happened around 2 p.m., according to the Connecticut Post. The man was seen speeding down Main Street right before the crash. After being thrown from the car, the car rolled over on top of him.
The man is believed to have been killed almost instantly in the crash. He is in his mid-20's, but police haven't publicly identified him pending notification of the family.

Speed is believed to have been a factor in the crash, police are investigating to determine how fast the driver was going at the time of the crash, according to Fox 61.
Webster Bank Arena sustained minor damage in the crash. The car rolled into a brick wall outside a main entrance, scattering bricks and other debris.
