Man Shot Home Intruder: Bridgeport PD
Police are investigating the incident which happened Thursday night.
BRIDGEPORT, CT — A woman told police her husband shot an intruder in his home Thursday night, according to police.
The woman called police around 8:30 p.m. and said her husband shot an intruder at their Rainbow Road home, according to the Connecticut Post.
The alleged intruder also called police to say he was shot, but police didn't immediately locate him. He was found a short time later on Barnum Avenue and transported to the hospital, police said.
