Parolee Had Nine Guns, Eight Pounds Of Pot: Bridgeport PD

The items were found during a compliance check, according to police.

BRIDGEPORT, CT — Police and state parole enforcement officers arrested a Parolee after nine guns, ammunition, more than eight pounds of marijuana and drug packaging materials were found during a compliance check on Capitol Avenue, according to police.

Shannon Calhoun fled the home during the check and was apprehended at a nearby residence, police said.

Several high capacity and drum-style magazines were found. One pistol had a threaded barrel capable of accepting a suppressor, according to police.
