Truly one of BRIDGEPORTS'-hot-spots this nightclub indeed was the mecca for swing music as well as JAZZ.GLENN MILLER played here with his band.The club was located on FAIRFIELD AVE in the BLACKROCK area.ITS' patron capacity was at 1724.IT opened here in MARCH 23-1923.After years of being in business it sadly closed JANUARY 1-1962.IT was demolished JUNE 12-1970.IT had quite a reputation for dancing during those years but it is just another memory from BRIDGEPORTS'HISTORY.
