Wanted Bridgeport Man Led Police On Pursuit: Milford PD
The accused is being held in lieu of a $101,500 bond, police say.

MILFORD, CT — A Bridgeport man is being held in lieu of a $101,500 bond after he led police on pursuit in Milford and Stratford and the accused ended up having two outstanding arrest warrants, police said. The accused also gave police a false name.
On Oct. 13, police attempted to stop a car on Bridgeport Avenue near School Road for an equipment violation, police said. The car initially stopped but as the officer exited his vehicle to speak with the driver, the accused's vehicle took off at a high rate of speed onto I-95 southbound toward Stratford, police said.
Police followed the car but broke off pursuit for public safety, police said. A short time later, Milford Police were informed that the suspect vehicle had broken down in Stratford and three suspects were being detained by Connecticut State and Stratford Police officers.

Investigation led to the arrest of Justin Salicrup, 27, of Priscilla Street in Bridgeport and he is charged with engaging police in pursuit, reckless driving and interfering with an officer.
