Brookfield Lions Announce 2015 Charity Raffle Winners

Each year the Brookfield Lions conduct a raffle with the proceeds going to benefit their charitable work.

Each year the Brookfield Lions conduct a Raffle, the proceeds of which benefit its Charitable Work. Winners of this year’s Raffle that was held at the Brookfield Senior Center on Thursday evening July 16th , were first place Ken Saloom ($2000),second place Pam Pearlman ($1000) and third place Peg Cronin ($500). The Lions Club is the largest Service Organization in the World with over 1.4 million members in 45,000 Local clubs located in over 200 countries and territories. The Brookfield Lions support a number of local, regional and international causes including Guiding Eyes for the Blind, Pediatric/Adult Vision Screening, Connecticut Lions Eye Research Foundation, Eyeglasses for the Needy, Red Cross Blood Drives, Ability Beyond and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
