The countdown to opening day is on at Down The Hatch Restaurant. The restaurant posted this on their Facebook page.
"Mrs. Ducky wants to announce what you all been waiting for!!! Hatch season 40 starts Saturday, April 30th!! See ya soon!!"
If you're counting, that is 21 days from today. The restaurant has been busy staining and painting their outdoor bar, covering and cleaning their lakeside deck and preparing for their 40th year in business.
Down the Hatch is located at 292 Candlewood Lake Road in Brookfield.
