Well behind it, at $825,000, is 28 Oak Grove Road. It's the biggest home on this list by square footage, at 3,517 square feet, with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 full, 1 half). It has been on the market 9 days.

Rounding out the top three is 119A Obtuse Hill Road, listed at $799,000. The 3,369-square-foot home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (3 full, 1 half) and has been listed 37 days.

No. 4 is 63 North Mountain Road, asking $795,000. The 2,624-square-foot home has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 full, 1 half) and has been on the market 34 days.

Closing out the top five, at $789,000, is 67 Tower Road. The 3,322-square-foot home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and has been listed 50 days, the longest run of anything on this list.
