The top price of the five belongs to 91 Obtuse Hill Road, also sold Sept. 10, for $779,000. The four-bedroom, four-bath home offers 3,869 square feet on a 3.79-acre lot, at $201.34 per square foot.
30 Old Middle Road sold Sept. 9 for $404,000. The four-bedroom, one-bath home offers 1,802 square feet on a 1.86-acre lot, at $224.20 per square foot.
Rounding out the batch, 48 Pleasant Rise Extension sold Sept. 8 for $528,000. The three-bedroom, three-bath home offers 1,530 square feet on a 2.38-acre lot, at $345.10 per square foot.
What this says about the Brookfield market: Four-bedroom homes dominated this batch, accounting for four of the five sales, with prices ranging from $404,000 to $779,000.
