Arrest Made in Fatal Crash That Killed 90-Year-Old Brookfield Man
Bond was set at $450,00 because the Mexican immigrant is considered a flight risk.

BROOKFIELD, CT — The driver of a vehicle that collided with a car on Sunday night on South Main Street in Newtown has been arrested, according to The News Times.
Police identified the driver of the pickup truck who caused the accident as Shelton resident Miguel Barraagan-Santiago, 33, who does not have a valid Connecticut driver's license according to the paper. He was charged with misconduct with a motor vehicle, a Class D felony.
Police told the paper that a pickup truck traveling south on Main Street (Route 25) in the area Botsford Hill Road crashed into a Honda sedan, immediately killing the driver of the Honda, Henry Petrucelli, 90, of Brookfield.
