Tuesday, August 18th : SOPHIA Natural Health Center is pleased to announce a free lecture to be held at the Brookfield Library, 182 Whisconier Road, Brookfield, CT.

Kenneth Hoffman, the Medical Director for SOPHIA, will present “Sleep”
This talk covers the three natural solutions to sleep problems: vitamins, exercise and physical treatment. With this presentation you will learn that there are treatable reasons for sleep problems and that sleeping pills only mask the real cause.
