Have you ever wanted to be a superhero? You can be a superhero this Saturday 6/7 at the Relay For Life of Brookfield being held at Brookfield High School. This year’s theme is “Be A Superhero! Finish the Fight”!
Relay For Life is a life-changing event that helps communities across the globe celebrate the lives of people who battle cancer, remember loved ones lost, and fight back against the disease.
The Brookfield community comes together for 12 hours to fight against cancer. The event is held overnight as individuals and teams camp out at the Brookfield High School track with the goal of keeping at least one team member on the track at all times throughout the evening. Teams do most of their fundraising prior to the event, but some teams also hold creative fundraisers at their camp sites during Relay. This years event includes:

People from all walks of life come together with a common goal of furthering the American Cancer Society’s efforts to save lives by helping people stay well, by helping them get well, by finding cures and by fighting back.
So far, this year, Brookfield has 33 teams, 240 participants and has raised over $17,000 with our sights set on raising over $50,000. Please join the community this Saturday, 6/7 at 6pm and be a superhero!
