This New Beer Pong Invention Is A Game Changer
Five Brookfield, Connecticut brothers created a revolutionary new product to make beer pong cleaner and even more fun to play.
You’re playing beer pong in your friend’s garage when you miss the shot and the ping pong ball rolls into a dirty, dusty corner. When you retrieve the ball it’s covered in who knows what. Do you want ”who knows what” going into your drink?
Enter in a revolutionary new product five Brookfield brothers have invented to make your beer pong game safer and cleaner. It’s called the ”Slip Cup” and provides a way to play cleaner by shielding the player’s drink with an insert so the ball never comes into contact with your drink.
Not only that, but it also gives players 15 more drinking games to play for those looking to add variety to their game.

“We created Slip Cup to take the mess out of beer pong while putting the fun back into it,” Chase Treibt says in the promotional video.
Chase is one of five brothers who grew up in Brookfield and is the one who came up with the idea. His brother Trevor said, “We have always had a dream of starting a business together. So obviously once we heard Chase’s great idea, we all jumped on it and began making the prototypes.”

Brothers Travis, Cole and Kade are working with Chase and Trevor to fund the manufacturing of the product through a Kickstarter campaign. When donors pledge money they will receive their own Slip Cup as a perk.
“I know the idea looks simple but it actually took us over 8 months and 50 different prototypes just to get our patent done,” Trevor explained.
The Slip Cup’s thin rim doesn’t interfere with the game and prevents spillage as well. The cup stacks into each other while keeping the beverage clean.
“We believe that everyone should have the option of clean beer pong,” the brothers explained in their promotional video.
Since launching their Kickstarter on Monday, the brothers have raised more than $13,000 of their $70,000 goal as of Thursday afternoon. They have until Wednesday, July 29, 2015 to reach their fundraising goal. Click here to donate.
