How did you come up with the name?

Very simply. We do Lice Removal “All Naturally” hence the name “All Natural Lice Removal Service.”

I live here therefore it makes sense to work where I live. Besides I love this town.

Briefly, what business are you in?

Full service lice removal. Education. Treatment and follow up.

What’s the most difficult moment or challenge you’ve faced as a business owner?

It’s never been that difficult. The kids are great. Families are grateful for the help.

Were there any challenges that made you second guess your decision to be an entrepreneur?

No

What’s been your favorite moment or proudest achievement since opening?

Helping a few families that couldn’t afford to pay for the service. And the great reviews I get on my website “guest book “page.

What’s the most innovative idea your employees or customers have had that you put into practice?

The idea was born from the lice crisis I had with my own children.

How do you deal with difficult customers?

So far I have been very lucky. My service really works and everyone is satisfied.

How does your business give back or get involved in the community?

We contribute monetarily to school and sport fundraisers, buy donating either products or services to raffle off. We also have a Facebook page where we make “Lice Awareness” notifications to help keep parents informed.
