Brookfield Halloween 5K And Kids Fun Run Back For 32nd Year

BROOKFIELD, CT — The town's 32nd Annual 5K Halloween Run kicks off Sunday, Oct. 20 at 7 a.m.

This USATF certified race will begin and end at the Brookfield Municipal Center, 100 Pocono Road, in Brookfield.

The chip-timed race provides short sleeve tee-shirts to all participants, and awards to the top runners in nine age groups (8 and under; 9-13, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-plus).

The Kids Fun Run will be a 0.23 mile loop around the parking lot of the Town Hall Campus. Runners are encouraged to dress up. All participants receive a prize.
