BROOKFIELD, CT — Brookfield's open houses this weekend lean toward the water: a completely renovated home with a mahogany deck and panoramic lake views, a Candlewood Shores house with lake-community access, and a Barkwood Falls ranch whose neighborhood has a private beach on Lake Lillinonah. A newly listed 5-year-old house on Christian Lane opens Sunday morning.

Four Brookfield homes are holding open houses Saturday, Oct. 17, and Sunday, Oct. 18, with prices from $699,999 to $995,000, according to Zillow.com.

Saturday, Oct. 17
