Brookfield Police To Hold 'National Night Out'
The BPD's first annual "National Night Out" will be held Aug. 3, from 4-8:30 p.m at the Brookfield Municipal Center/Town Hall.
BROOKFIELD, CT — The Brookfield Police Department will be hosting its first annual "National Night Out."
The event will be held Aug. 3, from 4-8:30 p.m at the Brookfield Municipal Center/Town Hall on 100 Pocono Road.
National Night Out is a non-profit community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships.

There will be free games for all ages, prizes, raffles, bounce houses, a dunk tank, food, beer, a Wiffle ball home run derby, cornhole tournament, live music and more.
Police vehicles such as a helicopter and SWAT BearCat will be on display. K-9 demonstrations and a car seat check and installation will also be featured.

All proceeds from the event will be donated to Special Olympics Connecticut.
Teams may register for the cornhole tournament online here. Cash prizes will be awarded to the top three teams.
