Brookfield Police Seek Owner of Found Wedding Ring

BROOKFIELD, CT — Police are looking for the owner of a wedding ring that was turned over to them.

The ring was found at the Brookfield Petco, and turned over to the police by "an honest citizen," the department wrote in a Facebook post.

"If you or your friend has recently lost a wedding ring and you want to try and avoid that conversation that will leave you in the dog house, call us first. Perhaps this ring is yours," the post said.
