Brookfield Resident Sued By SEC: Report

The CEO of the Danbury-based Integrated Freight and Southbury-based New Leaf faces a lawsuit from the Securities and Exchange Commission.

BROOKFIELD, CT — A local CEO faces a lawsuit from the Securities and Eschange Commission claiming that he altered two companies' financial statements, reports the News Times. David N. Fuselier, 57, of Brookfield is being sued for fraud in his roles of CEO of Danbury-based Integrated Freight and Southbury-based New Leaf.

Fuselier is being accused of altering the statements to improve the companies stock. The SEC ordered a suspension in trading of Integrated Freight's stock.
