Brookfield Seeking FEMA Funding, Needs Your Help
The town and state are on board, now they just need the Feds to sign off.

BROOKFIELD, CT -- Town officials are seeking funds from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and are reaching out to residents for their help.
In order for Brookfield and its residents to be eligible for any FEMA funding, the town, the state and President Trump must all declare the region a disaster zone. The town and the state have made the formal declaration, and town officials are "working on getting the President to declare one."
To assist in substantiating their claims, the town is reaching out to residents and business property owners to submit pictures of damage to structures on their property. Residents are requested to submit that photograph, along with their name, the address pictured, and a brief description of the extent of damage sustained, on an online Storm Damage Report.
