Brookfield Senior Choreographs Show

Brookfield senior, Angelia Prip, is staging a showcase of her original choreography, Ascension - The Show, on the following dates: September 29, 5pm at Brookfield High School, October 11, The Amber Room, October 12, 7pm at New Milford High School. Admission is FREE!

Angelia's senior project is a representation of her journey of training dance training and her progression to the dancer and choreographer that she is today. She has choreographed 9 original pieces of choreography. Over 30 dancers volunteered to give up time at the beach and doing other fun summer activities in order to rehearse with her this summer. Dancers in the show range in age from some 7 to 17. The choreography includes a range of styles from ballet to modern to hip hop.

In the past, Angelia has choreographed for The Young Choreographers' Festival at The Palace Theatre and for FineLine Theatre Arts' Theatre Department.

Come support Angelia's senior project by attending one or both performances of Ascension at the high schools. Admission is FREE!
