Brookfield Superintendent Agrees to Shave Head, Under One Condition

If all goes to plan, you may be seeing a different look from the Superintendent.

BROOKFIELD, CT — If all goes to plan, you may notice Superintendent John Barile looking a little differently in a few weeks.

According to the Brookfield High School Twitter Account, the Superintendent of Schools has agreed to shave his head. However, he'll only do it if Brookfield High School can raise a minimum of $5,000 for the St. Baldrick's Foundation event at Brookfield High School.

The St. Baldrick’s Foundation is a volunteer-driven charity dedicated to raising money for childhood cancer research. BHS has set a goal of $10,000 and has raised $3,148 of its goal as of publication.
