Brookfield VFW Hosts Veterans Day Celebration

Brookfield VFW Post 10201 members Jack Tyranski and Sandy Sanderson come to present arms saluting the flag which has just been raised at a Veterans Day ceremony held last Saturday at Williams Park. Commander Beal reminded those residents in attendance at the ceremony that veterans constitute 7 percent of our nation’s population and Veterans Day, a national day of observance, is an opportunity for a grateful nation to render all who have served in the military a well-deserved tribute for their service to the country.
