Brookfield High School All Sports Booster Club is hosting the world-famous Harlem Wizards for a fun-filled afternoon of mind-blowing tricks, high-flying dunks, and unforgettable fun on Sunday, October 26th from 3:00-5:00 PM at Brookfield High School. The Wizards will be taking on teachers and staff from Brookfield Public Schools. 
BHS Booster Club provides team grants, scholarships, banners, awards, senior recognition, equipment, and team spirit wear to Brookfield Athletics. 50% of tickets sales will support our Bobcat athletes. 
Come out and join the fun. Tickets start at $25.

This family-friendly event is all about connection, support, and showing our strength as a community. Walk alongside individuals and families impacted by epilepsy.
Vendors will be on site sharing resources, services, and information designed to support those living with epilepsy and their caregivers. Whether you’re coming to honor a loved one, meet others who understand your journey, or learn more about epilepsy, we can't wait to see you!

Please join us for a reception for Jeremy on Saturday, May 23rd from 2 to 4 p.m. The artist will be on hand to showcase his art and share his artistic process. Jeremy describes himself as "a queer, autistic artist and activist who finds joy and meaning in the process of creation" who uses art as "an intense and effective way to express powerful and complex emotions."
Jeremy has earmarked 30 percent of all artwork and print sales to benefit Mr. C's Voice, Inc., a local non-profit that creates community spaces for non-verbal and AAC-using autistic individuals.Refreshments will be served.

The United Church of Christ Southbury

UCC Southbury invites the community to join them for the 50th Annual Southbury Strawberry Festival on the spacious Church Green, located at 283 Main Street North, in Southbury, CT, to be held on Saturday, June 6th, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm (rain or shine).
There will be fresh strawberry shortcakes with homemade whipped cream, live music by Band o’ Brothers, Nick Depuy and Adelaide Punkin, assorted baked goods, grilled foods and Food Trucks including Cousins Maine Lobster and Red Apple Catering with Ben &amp; Jerry’s Ice Cream on hand. Also featuring raffle prizes, Kids Zone bouncy house, games and activities, and 40 different vendors and artisans for interested shoppers. 
We encourage all attendees to take advantage of the FREE PARKING SHUTTLE from 22 Old Waterbury Rd (only 500 yards away).
