Brookfield, CT — Celtic Cottage Bakery is celebrating America’s 250th birthday with a special weekend menu inspired by early American baking traditions and old-fashioned hearth-style recipes.

Guests can enjoy a limited-time selection of heritage-inspired baked goods available at local farmers markets and the Celtic Cottage self-service farm stand, including All-American Apple Pie Bars, Martha Washington’s Jumble Cookies, Old-Fashioned Knotted Sugar Cookies, and traditional Brown Bread inspired by historic hearth baking.

The full lineup will be available alongside Celtic Cottage favorites such as Irish Soda Bread, organic sourdough, scones, cookies, and sourdough focaccia (regular and gluten-free).

This special menu will be available at:

• Kent Farmers Market (Friday 3–7 PM, Kent Welcome Center, 3 Railroad St., CT)
• Celtic Cottage Farm Stand (Saturday July 4 & Sunday July 5, 4 Dingle Brook Rd., Brookfield)
