Turn your favorite pet photo into a one-of-a-kind painting — no drawing skills required!
Email a photo of your pet, and award-winning pet artist Brook Noel will help you turn it into a custom portrait. With outlines pre-drawn and small-group, step-by-step guidance, you’ll create a painting that truly captures your pet. You will create a head and shoulder portrait of the pet.
NOTE: Within a week you will receive an email from Brook with instructions for photo selection guidance and instructions to send to her.
Before the class, simply email a clear photo of your pet, highlighting the head and shoulders. Professional artist Brook Noel will project your photo onto canvas and sketch the basic outlines for you, so you can focus on bringing your pet to life in paint.
During the workshop, you’ll work together on the eyes and nose, the most expressive and often most challenging parts of the portrait. From there, you’ll have open studio time in a small group setting, where Brook provides customized, step-by-step instruction as you develop your painting.
This workshop includes up to four hours of studio time, ensuring you have plenty of space and support to finish your piece with confidence. You’ll leave with a portrait that truly captures your pet’s personality — and the pride of saying you painted it yourself!
