Carr, Dunn to debate municipal issues on October 16
Greater Danbury Chamber of Commerce event at Brookfield High School auditorium
BROOKFIELD – Republican First Selectman Tara Carr and Democratic nominee Steve Dunn will debate municipal issues on Monday, October 16, at 7 p.m. in the Brookfield High School auditorium.
The event, which is being sponsored by the Greater Danbury Chamber of Commerce, is free and open to the public.

Carr, who is in her first term, served as a lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Army.
Dunn, who was the first selectman from 2015 to 2021, is a former vice president at J.P. Morgan Chase.

Scott Benjamin, an online Political Science instructor at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and a reporter for Brookfield Patch, will moderate the debate.
