2017-2018 Kindergarten Registration

Registration forms are available online at www. brookfieldps.org. Select Center School and Kindergarten Registration on the left hand side in the blue box. Individuals without internet access may pick up registration forms in the CES Main Office between the hours of 9:30 am to 2:30 pm beginning Wednesday, January 4, 2017.

Registration for the 2017-2018 School Year Kindergarten classes will take place on:

• Friday, February 10, 2017 from 1:00 to 3:00 pm.
• Monday, February 13, 2017 from 9:00 to 11:30 am.
• Friday, February 24, 2017 from 1:00 to 3:00 pm.

Please return completed forms, bring original birth certificate or passport and two forms of proofs of residency. Proper identification is necessary to enter the building. This is paperwork turn in only. Your student does not need to attend. If there is a school cancellation on one of the registration days, the rescheduled registration day will be announced on the CES website. If you are unable to attend one of the registration dates, paperwork can be brought to the CES Main Office after March 1st between the hours of 9:30 am and 2:30 pm.

• Any child reaching their fifth (5th) birthday on or before 1/1/2018 is eligible to register for Kindergarten. CT state law requires children to register for Kindergarten or parents/legal guardians to complete a Kindergarten Enrollment Option Form acknowledging that the child was eligible to attend kindergarten. The form is available at the Center School Main Office.
• State law requires all students to have a current physical examination by a physician before they enter kindergarten.
