Construction Worker Suffers Head Injuries, Bleeding Ears While Working on Brookfield Condos
The worker was taken to the hospital with head injuries that included bleeding ears.
A construction worker was injured Monday while working at Barnbeck South Condos, 398 and 414 Federal Road in Brookfield.
Ted Duarte, Senior Organizer for New England Regional Council of Carpenters notified Patch that the construction worker was injured from a fall at the residential construction site Monday. The worker was taken to the hospital with head injuries that included bleeding ears, according to Duarte.

Officials from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration were present with the worker, according to the other construction workers, who reported that that the crew “had little experience in the construction of the concrete forms, which were improperly latched in place.:
The worker was an employee of Ray Con Construction LLC, a Meriden-based contractor and his condition is unknown unknown at this time.
