Todd Ruggere is on a mission. He's having a beer in each of Connecticut's towns and raising money for pediatric cancer research. Last year, he did the same thing in Massachusetts and raised $43,000.
He asked a very important question via Twitter: "For Brookfield — Rustier Nail or Down the Hatch?"
