The students will learn the basics of bead stringing which includes types of beads, sources of beads, styles of stringing, tools, findings, knotting and finishing. They will construct a necklace using beads provided by the instructor. The cost for the material is $25, and additional beads and supplies will be available for purchase from the instructor.
