Nora Belanger, Esq. is a special education and disability rights attorney in Norwalk, Connecticut. She has been in practice for over eleven years and has successfully represented hundreds of children with disabilities. Having been a special education teacher in a prior career, Attorney Belanger brings this invaluable experience to her legal expertise. Attorney Belanger has been a speaker at numerous parent groups on the subject of special education law and parent’s rights.

Linda Talbert runs her own practice as a non-attorney advocate and provides legal research, writing and other paralegal services for Connecticut-based special education law firms. Linda also serves as an educational advocate forfoster children through the Connecticut State Department of Education’s “surrogate parent” program. She lives in Greenwich, Connecticut with her husband and son.
