This class is designed with the athlete in mind. We provide coaching and guidance to increase strength, stamina, speed, and power that will enhance the students ability to compete in a sporting event. Students will also learn how to use weight training equipment in a safe and supervised format with emphasis on proper form and technique. A great intro to learn how to workout in a gym. Boy and Girls 12-14 years old are eligible. Class is limited to 6 to ensure proper supervision.
