The goal of Poleeze is to introduce you to the exciting world of Pole Dance Fitness! Pole classes are the perfect way to step out of your fitness comfort zone and gain confidence in the way your body moves as a woman.
This introductory class will focus on increasing strength and flexibility while learning the basics of pole movement. We will begin with strengthening, add some exciting floor work, plus some fun, walks, spins, and dips! To finish it off, you will learn a sexy routine that highlights your favorite moves.
