The senior center offers the ancient practice of Tai Chi
(moving meditation), which promotes health, strength and tranquility, taught by Susan Bradley, an instructor with 30 years experience and hwo holds a degree in Eastern Philosophy and a Masters in Asian Studies. The practice helps to strengthen balance and reduce risk of falls.
Class cost is $2 per class if paying by the month and $3 for drop ins.
