Save The Room in Brookfield by Bringing in Foo Fighters #FooTheRoom
The Room is in danger of closing, and we need a shot in the arm. #FooTheRoom - We are trying to get the attention of Foo Fighters to help us
The Room is an all ages venue that has been here in Brookfield for years. As an all ages venue, it is harder to overcome financial hurdles that comes with having no bar. We need to gain attention for what it is we feel is an important community service.
Foo Fighters are a great live band and have been one of, if not the most, supportive of the scene. Many rock bands or stars forget what got them to where they are pretty easy. These guys play sold out shows in Wembley Stadium on stage with members of Led Zeppelin. They have also played in a fan’s barn or in the garage of a NYC firefighter who lived in Yonkers, NY. So Brookfield is NOT out of the question.
