Larry Freed hit a Hole in One at the Brookfield Lions Annual Golf Tournament

Happy Days for Larry Freed who hit his first Hole in One at the Brookfield Lions 34th Annual Charity Golf Tournament, on the 7th hole at the Fairview Farm Golf Course in Harwinton, CT . Mr. Freed, pictured third from left, was not only excited in achieving this, but was happy to hear he had won a complete set of Callaway Irons for his effort. The funds derived from the Brookfield Lions Annual Charity Golf Tournament allows them the opportunity to support a number of local, regional and international causes including Guiding Eyes for the Blind, Pediatric/Adult Vision Screening, Connecticut Lions Eye Research Foundation, Eyeglasses for the Needy, Red Cross Blood Drives, Ability Beyond and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. The Brookfield Lions meet twice weekly on the second and fourth Thursdays of the month.
