Mobile Spay-Neuter Clinic for Cats Will Visit Brookfield

The TEAM Mobile Feline Unit, Connecticut’s first and only mobile spay/neuter and vaccination clinic for cats, will visit Brookfield on November 5, 2015.
TEAM travels to more than 30 communities statewide and has sterilized and vaccinated over 182,000 cats to date.

The fee of $80 per cat includes a brief exam, spay or neuter, vaccinations (rabies, distemper, upper/lower respiratory infection), nail trim and ear mite treatment (if needed). Parasite prevention and treatment is also available.
The services of the TEAM Mobile Feline Unit are available to any Connecticut resident caring for a domestic or feral cat. Feral cat caretakers doing Trap, Neuter and Release (TNR), may be eligible for a $35 rebate off the TEAM fee.

The nonprofit clinic, a national prototype, was established in 1997 to end feline overpopulation in Connecticut by making spay/neuter and vaccination services more affordable and more accessible to pet owners and to those caring for stray and feral cats.
