Moe's Southwest Grill Brings Fiesta to Brookfield July 23

A brand new southwest inspired fresh food restaurant is slated to open on July 23 along the “Miracle Mile,” also known as Federal Road, in Brookfield.

Moe’s Southwest Grill will be opening in the former location of Pasta Garden on July 23. Founded in December 2000 in Atlanta, GA, Moe’s Southwest Grill specializes in fresh, all-natural ingredients including chicken, grass-fed steak and organic tofu, according to their website.

“Moe’s has everyone covered, from meat lovers to tree huggers to vegetarians and flexitarians. While we are best known for our awesome burritos, our menu also features kids’, vegetarian and low-calorie options – all served with free chips and salsa,” their website states.

The date for the official grand opening is Thursday, July 23 at 11 a.m. The first 25 people in line will win free burritos for a year. 

Moe’s Soutwest Grill is located at 164 Federal Road, Brookfield.
