'A Musical Salute to Veterans' Free Concert Will Be Held Nov. 8

Billy Michael and his band, J and B Lite, will perform at a free concert to honor Brookfield area veterans on Sunday, Nov. 8, 2015 at 2 p.m.

The performance will be held in the community room of the Brookfield Public Library, 182 Whisconier Road (Rt.25). The event is part of the Community’s 12th annual Veteran’s program, “A Musical Salute to Veterans,”sponsored by the Brookfield Historical Society and the Brookfield Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 10201.

Michael will present a selection of popular music, which emerged during America’s military campaigns. He will be joined by Brookfielders Ariana Carlo and Mallory Delinski, who will provide female vocal accompaniment as the Veteranettes. Three wartime area veterans will be honored for their military service.
