New Chicken Sandwich Spot Opening In Brookfield With Freebies On Launch Day

BROOKFIELD, CT — A new chicken sandwich restaurant is preparing to open in Brookfield, with giveaways planned to mark its debut.
Birdcode will celebrate its grand opening on Wednesday, April 8, at 46 Federal Road, according to an announcement from the business. Doors are set to open at 11 a.m.
The brand specializes in fried chicken sandwiches and has been expanding across Connecticut, with existing locations in Darien, Cheshire, New Britain, West Hartford and Vernon.

The restaurant will offer free Birdcode T-shirts while supplies last as part of the opening day promotion.
According to the announcement, the Brookfield location is part of the brand’s expansion into Connecticut.

During its opening week, the business also plans to donate $1 from every sandwich purchased to the Danbury Food Collaborative through a partnership with United Way of Coastal and Western Connecticut.
