New Coffee Chain Location Opening In Brookfield — Here’s When & Where
A new location is set to open this week, with a ribbon cutting planned.
BROOKFIELD, CT — A new Starbucks is set to open in Brookfield this week, according to the town’s economic development office.
The coffee chain’s new location at 128 Federal Road recently received its certificate of occupancy and is preparing for a grand opening on Friday, April 10.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony is planned for noon, with members of the Economic Development Commission expected to attend.

The project has been in the works for several years, with zoning approval dating back to October 2022.
The building is also expected to house a Dave’s Hot Chicken location, though an opening date for that business has not yet been announced.
