A new coffee shop will celebrate its grand opening and ribbon cutting in Brookfield with giveaways and free drinks.

BROOKFIELD, CT — A new coffee shop will celebrate its grand opening and ribbon cutting in Brookfield this week with giveaways and free drinks.

According to the town Economic & Community Development office's Facebook page, 7Beans is scheduled to officially open to the public Thursday at noon at 782 Federal Road.

In celebration of the grand opening, the store's first 20 customers will be offered a tumbler and T-shirt, and free drinks will be offered from noon until 2 p.m., according to the post.

According to the business' website, 7Beans coffee is "crafted from the finest beans and perfected through expert roasting," embodying "richness, balance and aroma."

The post notes that Ziqa Ullah was inspired by "a journey and the vibrant spirit here in Brookfield" to open a coffee shop in the heart of the Town Center District.

"Thirteenth years ago, Zack arrived in the United States with a dream familiar to many, to build a better life through hard work, dedication, and service to the community," the post reads. "Today, opening this coffee shop is the realization of that dream, a business born not from a franchise, but built from scratch with passion and perseverance."
