Notice is hereby given that Tot Town Party and Play, LLC, whose last known principal office was located at 5 Fawn Hill Road, Beacon Falls, CT 06403 and 14 Del Mar Dr. Brookfield, CT 06804, was dissolved effective January 31, 2017. All persons having a claim against Tot Town Party and Play, LLC are required to present the claim, including the name of claimant(s), address, telephone number, and description of claim alleged, to Dalia Simoes at 5 Fawn Hill Rd, Beacon Falls, CT 06403. A claim will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within (3) years after the date of publication of this notice.
