Obituary: David Ross Brown, 51, Of Brookfield
David's greatest joy was being with his family and raising his children. Anyone who knew him, knew him as the best father.

BROOKFIELD, CT — David Ross Brown, aged 51, unexpectedly passed July 2, 2023. He was born on April 16, 1972, in Hightstown, NJ. His family moved to Brookfield when he was 6 years old.
David graduated from Brookfield High School in 1990, and Eastern Connecticut State University in 1994. After college, he worked for Charter Communications (now Spectrum) making commercials for local businesses. He was currently working as an IT liaison for the Police Department for the town of East Hartford.

On May 15, 2004, David married the love of his life, Stacy. Shortly after, they settled down in Vernon and began to have a family.
David’s greatest joy was being with his family and raising his children. Anyone who knew him, knew him as the best father. He spent every available moment with them and was extremely proud of everything they did.

He loved riding his motorcycle all over the local area and the wider area of New England. He enjoyed his "council" meeting with his best friends. They shared a love for rock concerts and visiting beer breweries.
David will be sorely missed by his wife Stacy, son Mason and daughter Peyton; his sister Sarah and husband Christopher Dykes, and children Kevin and Emily; and his parents Bob and Jane Brown; sister and brother in-laws; aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at the Congregational Church, 160 Whisconier Road on Wednesday, July 12 at 1 p.m. His cremains will be interred in the Memorial Garden at the church.
