The Garden Club of Brookfield is preparing for its annual plant sale on Saturday, May 17, at the Brookfield Library.
This is the club's main fundraiser and helps to defray the costs of maintaining and beautifying the historical garden behind the Brookfield Museum, and satellite gardens located at the flagpole, town hall, library and a number of other public locations.

The Garden Club is looking for donations of garden plants including perennials, ornamental grasses, ground covers and young trees and shrubs of all types. Members will be happy to come and dig the plants from your garden from May 1- May 14, 2013. Or donations may be dropped off near the perennials sign by the grape arbor at the Brookfield Library on Friday May 16 from 12-5 p.m.
