Police Charge Brookfield Man With Breach Of Peace

BROOKFIELD, CT — Police have charged a Brookfield man with harassment and breach of peace.

Newtown Police began their investigation of Michael Palicz of 3 Apache Drive in May, after they received a complaint from a Newtown business that he was threatening their employees with violence. Following the investigation, police applied for a warrant for Palicz's arrest, and apprehended him on July 23.

Palicz was processed at the Newtown Police Department and released on a written promise to appear in court on Aug. 11.
