Radio Station Studio To Become Meditation Center In Brookfield: Report
A global spiritual group plans to transform the longtime Federal Road site into a community-focused space.
BROOKFIELD, CT — A longtime radio station studio on Federal Road in Brookfield could soon become a meditation center, according to The News-Times.
The Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual Organization plans to transform the former i95 station site into a space for meditation, workshops and community programs focused on mindfulness and well-being, the report said.
The women-led group has received zoning approval and is seeking permits for renovations, including a meditation hall, classrooms and expanded parking.
