Winter Storytimes 2016: The Winter Storytime Session runs from January 4 through March 3.

Time for Twos
Mondays at 10:45 a.m. or Tuesdays at 10:15 a.m.
Monday sessions meet 1/4 - 2/29 with no class on 1/18 or 2/15
Tuesday sessions meet 1/5 - 2/23
This 30 minute program promotes social skills and early reading development through stories, finger plays, songs, flannel board rhymes, and movement activities. This is a pre-registered program for children to share with parents/caregivers. Registration is required. Register for Monday sessions by clicking here or Tuesday sessions by clicking here.

Terrific Threes and Fours
Mondays at 10:00 a.m. or Tuesdays at 9:30 a.m.
Monday sessions meet 1/4 - 2/29 with no class on 1/18 or 2/15
Tuesday sessions meet 1/5 - 2/23
This 30 minute program encourages creative expression, social skills, listening comprehension, and vocabulary building through stories, songs, flannel boards, rhymes, and movement activities. Start with the Arts
Thursdays at 1:00 p.m. For ages 4 and 5
Thursday sessions meet 1/14-3/3
Each week we will explore a different aspect of the arts, including music, dance, and visual art. We will read stories about each topic, and then do a project or activity. Come dressed to move and create! 30 minute program. Registration is required. Register by clicking here.

Drop in Programs

Little Adventurers
Tuesdays at 11:00 a.m. or Fridays at 10:15 a.m. For ages 6 - 23 months
This 30 minute program promotes social skills and early language development and lays the foundation for reading through letter, color and number recognition. It will include stories, songs, rhymes, finger plays, puppets, and movement activities.

Fun and Friends
Wednesdays at 10:00 a.m. For ages 6 months - 5 years
An hour long drop-in program for parents/caregivers and their children features play time and a story group for the children and talk for the adults. Meet new friends or chat with people you know and enjoy. Snacks will be offered.

Bedtime Stories with Mrs. Proudfoot
Thursday, 1/14 and 2/18 15 7:00 - 7:30 p.m.
Be the first to see and hear books new to our picture book collection. For children ages 3 and up, accompanied by a parent, grandparent or caregiver. Bedtime Stories takes place in the Picture Book section.

Lunchtime Stories with Mrs. Proudfoot
Friday, 1/15 and 2/19 12:00 - 12:30 p.m.
Enjoy books new to our picture book collection. For children ages 4 and up, accompanied by a parent, grandparent or caregiver.
